The provider signs a tenant's brand in only through an app the tenant brings (Matrica, whose apps of Synq's serve Synq alone): set the org's or the brand's own app first (PUT …/sign-in-providers/{provider}/app, a plan with auth.byo_connections). required_plan names the cheapest plan that allows one, where the org's doesn't.
